Our Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Chatterbox Gifts Ltd (to include website, telephone, fax or written)
Please read through these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order.

These Terms & Conditions may be changed from time to time without notice to the customer. Changes will only apply to any subsequent orders.
All orders are subject to acceptance, reasons for non acceptance may include:
a) Unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
b) Unable to verify the customer details given in relation to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase and therefore have reasonable grounds to support a fraudulent transaction.
c) The customer has provided a billing address that is a P.O. Box.
d) The order value is under £5.00 before Postage & Packaging
Non acceptance is not limited to the above reasons and Chatterbox Gifts Ltd reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing the reason.
All prices are in GBP Sterling.
All payments are due at time of placing order and orders will not be shipped until Chatterbox Gifts Ltd has received cleared funds.
Chatterbox Gifts Ltd do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with the customers PC, and Chatterbox Gifts Ltd accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on the customers PC, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to the customers PC resulting from use of this website.
Our delivery Charges are as follows:
Postage within UK is £3.95
Postage to Europe is £6.95
Postage Outside UK & Europe is £9.95
(You will be charhged extra for heavier parcels)
And although Chatterbox Gifts Ltd will try to get the goods to the customer within 3-5 working days of funds clearing, Chatterbox Gifts Ltd cannot be held accountable for delays due to circumstances out of the Company's control.
Please Note all returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of your order and must be sent back in its original unopened packaging & condition.
Please note we do not accept returns on any Die Cutting & Embossing Machines (ie Cricut or Cuttlebug) or any software that has been registered

Any use of material contained within this website is strictly prohibited. We will prosecute any infringements of our rights.
